Speech contest is a competition where participants are challenged to speak up their own idea in front of the public and how far they can influence other people's mind with their own speech. The purposes of convening this contest are not only for improving public speaking skill of the student but also provide them a place to speak up freely and that their speech can also make a good change for other people.
The aspects which will be assessed in this contest are the content of the speech, how they deliver or presenting the speech, expression, structure grammar pronunciation, and also timing.

Good morning. i want to ask something. the themes for the speech contest are inspiring people and gender equality. is that mean we have to speech 2 times? or we have to select one from both? or what? Thank you very much. im really hope i will get the answer soon, because the contest will begin just 1 day left.

You must prepare both of them. but, we would to choose one of theme for preliminary round and the next one for semi-final if you're pass in preliminary. for example you got theme " gender equality" in preliminary round than if you become top-10 participant you will speech with theme "inspiring people".
